(Parent company for Pacific National Bank) Assistant Manager (Systems Programmer 1989 to 1990) - Successfully installed and customized the Mainframe for production and test/backup operating system and software applications: Base software, CICS, RACF and others maintaining the whole installation stable; - Migrated from VSE/SP to MVS/SP achieving a smooth transition to a new mainframe computer system; - Installed and customized the SNA Communications Network. - Administration and regular tuning of the Teleprocessing Network (4000 seats, 13 cities, 3 countries), performed problem determination procedures and further problem solving, maintaining the network stability and allowing for expansion; - Guided & supported the Development team allowing increased utilization of on-line teleprocessing applications
