• Primary facilitator for all vendor activities in payable department include new and existing providers • Invoice review w/P.O. & matching, invoice input, vendor IDs • Resolved vendor problems expediting payments • Heavy email and phone communication • Review of all vendor statements to assure all accounts are current and correct • Posting to G/L • Handled check activities including check runs, void, posting & matching to backups • Type & key of all manual checks & process for non-P.O. requests • Processing all disbursement requests from all departments • Process of refunds from patient accounts
