Daily Duties at Franklin Center For Nursing & Rehabilitation:
Responsible for Jewish Culture Club Prepare, organize and conduct recreation programs and discussion groups Provide sensory stimulation for lower functioning patients and patients on ventilators Responsible for filling out MDS+ forms Complete initial, readmission, quarterly and annual progress notes Prepare Comprehensive Care Plans (CCP) for 80 residents
