Daily Duties at Judge Janet P. Coleman’s Office:
Responsible for all aspects of secretarial and clerical support for the Hon. Judge Janet P. Coleman. Maintains Court calendar and itinerary for Civil and Criminal Court that reviews in excess of 3,000 cases annually. Additionally responsible for accurately processing an average of over 500 jury summons to adequately staff jury pools for the Court. Responsible for Court docket information and processing all correspondence, Court orders and letters in a timely manner. Answering telephones, interaction with the public as well as other Court staff, and any other duties needed.
