Daily Duties at Emcore:
I provide comprehensive support for executive-level staff including scheduling meetings, coordinating travel, and effectively managing all essential tasks. I also setup and developed as well as maintaining detailed administrative and procedural processes that reduce redundancy, improve accuracy and efficiency, and achieve organizational objectives. Keep track of all site expenses, account payables and filing. I operate telephone console to receive incoming calls and route them to the proper person. Direct services, such as maintenance, repair of office machines and ordering supplies.Analyzes unit-operating practices, such as forms, office layout, personnel requirements, and performance standards to create new systems or revise established procedures. I coordinate new hires and transfers. Issues and interprets operating policies. I conduct orientation of new employees. Company Marcom, such as create data sheets product binders, tradeshows and customer products. Take pictures of company products and restore them to be usable in data sheets. Keep company morale up and a happy work place environment.
