•Prepared and provided closing documents and instructions to attorneys and title companies nationwide for approximately 40-75 monthly residential loan closings. •Reviewed HUD-1’s, Title Commitments, Surveys, Appraisals and Hazard Insurance. •Initiated and released funding wires upon confirmation all lender conditions and exceptions had been met.
