•Prepared and recorded Assignments for CMBS (Commercial Mortgage Backed Securities) pooled loan transactions. •Prepared and filed initial UCC Financing Statements, Amendments and Assignments. •Daily communication nationwide with law firms, County Clerks, Title companies and Secretary of State Offices to locate and acquire recorded/filed security instruments, financing statements, loan title policies and other miscellaneous documents. •Cleared all types of Investor document exceptions on a monthly basis.
