Daily Duties at Williams Communications:
Received circuit designs and then troubleshot and tested ATM, Redback, DS1s, DS3s, OC3s, OC12 ,IP circuits. Moved live traffic to make room for more bandwidth. Conducted circuit testing for locating and correcting errors. Maintained communication with field technicians concerning Circuit Layout Reports (CLR) and Network Control Centers (NCC) for broadbandNetworks.
