Daily Duties at Snelling Personnel:
Peparing office for candidate interviews, Answering phones, documenting and distributing of all messages. Data entry, Company research, Data base update, Backgound and social security checks on all interviewed candidates. handleing of confidential paperwork, process and enter all payroll information into computer, assisting lead recruiter with interviews paperwork, phone calls, and other dialy office duties, Useing office equipment/ scanner, copier, fax. assisting controller in weekly payroll process, filing all documents into filing system. Responsible for sending all candidate assement tesing.
