Daily Duties at Woodbridge Power Sports:
Service Writer-it was my duty to meet and exceed customer expectations in regards to any service issues involving their motorcycles, jet skis, ATV's , and other recreational vehicles. My responsibilities included accepting and delegating repair orders, fulfilling data entry, vehicle preparation for clients, and occasionally building motorcycles. At the end of the day, it was my job to make sure that our clients had a positive experience, and were satisfied with the level of service that was provided and would return again in the future.
