Daily Duties at Bermex:

Managed & coordinated activities of employees engaged in resolving delinquent accounts. Directly supervised over 30 employees in the Collections group and managed the Quality Control area. Responsibilities included recruitment, interviewing, hiring and training employees to support the collection & administrative activities; work assignments, payroll responsibilities ? Screen, interview, test, and evaluated applicants. Verification of references, select qualified applicant and extend job offers. ? Conducted employee training to develop their skills, enhance productivity, and the quality of work. ? Conducted performance appraising, addressed complaints, and resolved issues. Inform employee of termination. ? Evaluated & identified inefficiencies in the collection department resulting in an improvement in productivity, a reduction in supply expenses and an elimination of excessive overtime. ? Developed and administered tests for new and existing employees to assess knowledge and skills. ? Prepared and process documentation for administration of quality control programs ? Conducted follow-up on-site visits and evaluations at customer's facilities to ascertain quality levels of services provided.
