Daily Duties at Raytheon Technical Services:

Responsible for a wide array of diverse duties and responsibilities which included performing everyday tasks necessary for the efficient running of the business; plan, coordinate and also oversee various business functions performed by the other employees of the company. Handled all scheduling & correspondence, event planning, email, travel arrangements, daily, weekly and monthly reports, & work release log. Collaborated with Human Resource Manager to compile, analyze, develop and implement effective EEO/Affirmative Action Plans to minimize exposure, ensure contract eligibility, and maintain compliance with government regulations. ? Responsible for recruitment, hiring and out placement, wage determination under the Service Contract Act as well as new hire orientation; and preparation of employee performance reviews. ? Process & review time sheets, verification of expense reports, petty cash vouchers and process the corresponding checks. ? In charge of monthly bank deposits; perform daily data entry into Cost-point project accounting system. ? Verified FAA security applications, prepared badges, passes & identification cards, & performed other security-related duties. ? Maintain resume database, employee requisitions & addressed all H.R. issues at the regional level. ? Explain company personnel policies, benefits, and procedures to employees or job applicants.
