Daily Duties at Ramco Gershenson:
Monitor & review the lease obligations of commercial real estate accounts in over 40 of the Corporation's 80 shopping centers. Performed credit evaluations; compiled, analyzed & evaluated the relative risk of a prospective tenant & recommendation for moving forward or rejecting the said prospect seeking tenancy as well as existing tenants seeking rent relief. Participates in (& is a member of) the Lease Administrative Committee meetings; interacts with management to obtain direction in how matters should be handled and issues resolved. Performed debt collection actions including skip tracing, asset searches, credit checks and other similar functions with knowledge of FCRA, FDCPA and state laws; proficient user of Westlaw, Equifax etc. And a number of additional duties.
