Daily Duties at Quantell:
Filed any outpatient paperwork. Researched files that were not held at BAMC and mailed to correct military facility. Assisted patients at customer services window. Created, maintained and mailed outpatient records. Sorted all paperwork for filing of records. Delivered records to all clinics for patient appointments. Picked up mail, opened, sorted and delivered to the corresponding clerks for processing. Processed in all check payments to the hospital from third party/patient payments.
