Daily Duties at American College Of Radiology:
Provide protocol support to the Protocol Manager and administration department by preparing and moderating conference calls and meetings for trials and committee chairs. I also maintain protocol accuracy among members and files by updating regulatory documents such as SOP’s and Work Instructions wherever needed along with updates to the website. I develop and manage presentations for quarterly meetings, create and revise systems and procedures, report and process case reimbursements for medical sites involved with the protocols as needed. I provide support in creating the annual budget for continuing grants. Provide customer service to internal staff and participating sites, monitor site recruitment materials (IRB approvals, Protocol Specific Applications, Scanning Qualifications, etc.) to ensure site readiness for specific trials and GCP standards, work with other departments such as Data Management, Regulatory compliance, Medical writing and Imaging to make certain that communication remains consistent across all fields. In addition, I accompany and assist in the semi-annual meetings off site. I have been involved with clinical trials such as PROMISE, NOPR and Fluoride PET.
