Daily Duties at Gomez, Inc.:

• Structured, drafted, negotiated, finalized, and advised client on various commercial agreements relating to: o Distributors, sales representatives, and end-user customers based in the U.S., Far East, and European markets; o International business development activities such as joint ventures in Japan and South Korea; o Terms and conditions for online use of Application Service Provider (ASP) service offerings; o Licensing and syndication of Web content and proprietary research information; o Software licensing, maintenance and service level agreements; o Various e-marketing campaigns based on CPM, click-through, bounty and other revenue models; and o A wide range of professional services such as software development, M&A advisory, and management consulting. • Regularly prepared and updated IP assignment, non-competition and other agreements pertaining to employment and consulting relationships; non-disclosure agreements; website terms and conditions of use and privacy policies; and supply procurement and equipment financing contracts. • Supported Human Resources activities relating to benefits, employment and consulting matters. • Managed trademark portfolio and related filings, as part of corporate IP protection program.
