Daily Duties at Cpsc:
Investigate product hazards and reporting violations under the Consumer Product Safety Act, and other applicable federal laws while working closely with members of multiple teams across the agency. Research and develop the evidence necessary to support possible administrative or federal court litigation, or pre-complaint resolution of such actions. Negotiate civil penalty settlements of reporting violations, and prepare implementing documents and briefing memoranda for the Commission.
