My responsibilities were to resolves customer issues with a sense of urgency. Monitor and maintain the basic actions of the department. Ensure customer service standards are met and exceeded allowing for a positive experience for our visitors. Train new and existing co-workers on basic actions, product knowledge, and customer service skills. I also contribute to an environment where the IKEA Culture is a strong and living realty that embraces the diversity of co-workers and customer.
