Daily Duties at Ikea Atlanta:

My daily routines are to ensure that co-workers are compensated for their efforts promptly and properly to make IKEA the best retailer to work for. I complete the bi-weekly payroll in an efficient manner and in accordance with Georgia’s existing laws and regulations Also, I must ensure that paychecks are processed and delivered by their appointed time. In addition to that I must maintain the Kronos clock, all payroll files, account for all miss punches, balance all personal time off, salary increases, bonuses, travel advances, co-worker credit purchases, insurance deductions, and any other adjustments, including new hires and terminations.

You prefer a fast-moving company that will take risks to achieve its goals and objectives. The length of time the company has been in business is irrelevant. Maintaining status quo is unnecessary. You thrive on change, uncertainty and the upside of potential business risks, especially those associated with innovation. Stability for the long haul is not nearly as important as is working in an atmosphere that is charged with a sense of urgency and constant change.
