Daily Duties at Dal Tile:
• Provided administrative support to the General Manager (answered phones, made travel arrangements, scheduled meetings, and coordinated/facilitated all communication processes). • Provided HR administrative support for 120 + employees and 18 stores to include: recruiting, hiring/termination paperwork, affirmative action compliance, employee performance reviews and management of expense reports. • Developed, maintained, and streamlined confidential regional records/reports. • Efficiently tracked sales activity/trends and created reports using MS Office tools such as Word, Excel, Access, MapPoint (proficient in all MS Office applications – certified specialist in MS Office Excel).
