Daily Duties at Enginuity:

• Provided clerical, communication and administrative support to the CEO, VP, and Management Staff (travel arrangements, day to day meetings and special projects). • Coordinated all HR functions to include: recruitment, maintenance of personnel records, employee and/or labor relations, job evaluation, compensation management, benefits administration, organization development and training. • Provided day-to-day management of company external web site and internal SharePoint Portal. • Improved the value and usability of company web site by reviewing, editing, and updating content for consistent, message, tone and voice. • Responsible for the requirements collection, analysis, design, construction, testing, implementation, training, configuration and maintenance of the SharePoint Portal site in support of company vision and goals.
