Presents enrollment presentations to employers, members and brokers. Liaison and primary contact between the group, broker and vendors (i.e., TPA, PBM, etc…). Built and sustained positive relationships with complex brokers and customers. Documents, researches, tracks and resolves issues with claims, billing, enrollment, pharmacy and stop-loss
