Daily Duties at Nationwide Better Health (A Nationwide Mutual Insurance Company):
Liaison and primary contact between the client, consultant and other TPA relationships. Responsible for benchmarking and delivering program results, metrics and renewals. Acts as the Client Advocate within operations. Builds and sustains positive relationships with complex consultants and clients. Provides input for product enhancement and new product development. Involved in the Implementation of new programs from day one.
