Daily Duties at Ibm, Global Services Division:
Provide application development, maintenance and DB admin, support for the IBM Global Services division supporting pharmaceutical out sourcing services. Applications running on a customized Notes DB. Supporting over 2000 end-users. • Define end-users requirement for application development. • Provide Network access, control and maintenance. • Provide change control tracking and management for all system design changes. • Provide root cause analysis for problem tracking and corrections. • Provide end user training for software utilization. • Provide measurements for audit ready compliance support
