Daily Duties at Merrill Lynch:
Manage a team of cross-functional product and financial control specialists in a Call Center supporting all sales and operational staff in over 700 Private Client Branch Offices. Provide oversight for compliance, financial and service audits. • Played a lead role in the consolidation of over 26 Regional Service Centers and Home Office support areas into two dedicated sites rendering over $100 million in savings. • Created dedicated Service Teams by migrating the support functions involving margin, institutional and retail bookkeeping and monetary control processes. Engineered quality control and maximized enhanced processing automation and throughput by establishing a cross-functional infrastructure. • Delivered dedicated product and service support to all Private Client Branch Offices in the Eastern Sales Region. Managed staff of 200 personnel and operating budget of over $25 million. • Participated in the Due Diligence Teams for ML International acquisitions and initiatives. Spearheaded the National Services Critical Outage Task Force to support alternative order entry processing
