Daily Duties at Clayton County Department Of Family & Children's Services:
Responsible for coordinating recruitment for all department offices. Screened applications, Scheduled interviews, compiled background information on all applicant and completed the entry/orientation process for new hires. Processed payroll for 400+ employees in two county offices. Scheduled & monitored the distribution of payroll checks. Advised employees participating in payroll deduction programs of rights & liabilities. Assisted in the processing of leave records, performance management & midpoint review forms, Flexible Benefits & Workers Compensation, disability, death or other claims. Provided customer service (on the phone and in person) to both internal & external customers.
