Office Manager/Personal Assistant: Maintained Office services by organizing office procedures, designing file systems for accounting and billing, payroll. Reviewed, analyzed reports and identified trends keeping owner updated. Preparing payroll for 16 employees. Bookkeeping for invoices purchases, payables, receivables, supplies, shipments and delivery. Additional responsibilities included distributing job postings within the local newspaper coordinating all new hire orientations and training. Travel arrangements, cashier,scheduling appointments.
