Daily Duties at Globalinx :

Inbound Senior Call Center Customer Service Representative I was responsible for addressing customer concerns, data entry and heavy phone coverage.Provide customer satisfaction through effective and timely resolution of a variety of customer inquiries, I have 16 years of experience resolving conflict between groups with opposing perspectives, agendas, or priorities. Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution. Record and document all complaints in compliance with the complaint procedure. Report weekly to department Director new complaints received.Strive for one-call resolution of customer issues Demonstrate positive and cooperative behavior with customers and co-workers, Meets department productivity and quality standards Remains current on departmental updates by reading and understanding documentation provided through email, team meetings, center handouts and training Opens customer accounts by recording account information. Maintained customer records by updating account information. Worked closely with Manager in all aspects of Office.
