Inbound Senior Call Center Customer Service Representative I was responsible for addressing customer concerns, data entry and heavy phone coverage. Researching Patients records for accurate information and updating as needed. Provide customer satisfaction through effective and timely resolution of a variety of customer inquiries Strive for one-call resolution of customer issues, I demonstrate positive and cooperative behavior with customers and co-workers, I remain current on departmental updates by reading and understanding documentation provided through email, team meetings, center handouts and training. Referring local charities to the Gift of Sight Program for the Needy. Scheduling and Rescheduling appointments, Working closely with Supervisor in training new hires and Quality Assurance.
