Daily Duties at Canam Electric:
Management Administration Assistant: Supported and maintained excellent levels of administrative support to all internal and external employees, from senior-level management to clients and vendors, fielding telephone calls, receiving and directing visitors, word processing, filing, and faxing, making travel and meeting arrangements.File and maintain all office paperwork including project invoices,receivables and matching invoices to packing slips Pos, .Hand out applications and/or orientation packets and verifies information for accuracy. Maintaining adequate levels of Pre Employment Packets Maintaining and organize all office supplies.
