Daily Duties at Telecare La Hop:
Assisted Doctor with prescription entry into La County computerized system for pharmacy fills for 135 members, scheduled appointments, medication logs, etc. In charge of billing LA County for all billable time for 15 staff members for all units of service (time worked with all 135 members). Enrolling/disenrolling members on LA County M.I.S. as ell as company computer system. In charge of requesting the LA Dept. of Mental Health's approval for new medication for members, updated new forms according to LAMH changes. In charge of monthly reports sent to corporate, in addition to secretarial and medical record duties (chart audits, filling, thinning, etc).
