Daily Duties at Business Office Manager:

*Knowledge of general office skills and equipment including ten key, multi-line phones, Word Processing, Excel, Power Point, Microsoft Outlook, Internet etc. *Coordinate and supervise the program accounts payable function, maintain the petty cash fund account including distribution of Rep. Payee checks or 135 members for housing and personal use. In charge of Bank Transactions for both members and staff. *Responsible for the administrative functioning of the Business Office that include frequent feedback focusing on both positive and problematic aspects of work performance and other management practices, including ability to plan and organize heavy workload, adjust to changing priorities, assertiveness, creativity, work well under pressure, and great performance with minimal supervision. Able to work independently and in a team environment. *Promote and maintain effective relationships and communications within the department and with other departments. Maintain professional boundaries in supervisory role, keeping disciplinary actions confidential. Complete incident reports planning activities with the goal of ensuring ongoing effectiveness of the program. *Collaborate with the Corporate Payroll manager to ensure that employees' time and attendance records accurately reflect time worked. Inputting of data through Kronos Timekeeping System. *Complete and follows through with tasks and monthly reports, meeting expected deadlines. *Implement program and corporate policies and procedures that pertain to receipt of revenue, expenditure of funds. Provide orientation to other program department managers regarding these policies. Coordinate the activities of the program Financial Review Committee and participate in the development of the fiscal budget. *Perform basic troubleshooting, repairs on the computer and telecommunication equipment at the program. *Participate in meeting customer needs and adapting to changing customer needs at all times, encourage participation from staff in activities. Always dresses appropriately and professionally.
