Daily Duties at New Day Equity:

Maintained a professional and courteous interaction with the clients, employees and internal customers. On going coaching thru out the shift to motivate, maintain morale and create a positive environment. Produced and exceeded expected call volume and the retention of customers on a consistent basis. Participated in the strategic development of scripts for customer service. Monitoring and evaluating staff performance, giving appropriate feedback and ensuring adequate staffing levels to meet required call volumes. Handle a variety of functions to include HR functions of hiring, interviewing and dismissing, phones, supervised/trained employees, processed applications, independently performed extensive research in the telemarketing industry to effectively resolve problems, manage and train employees.
