•Coordinate calendars and reports for Grievance meetings •Organized and maintained consumer grievance data •Negotiating and problem solving for employee grievance resolution •Assembled data and prepared follow-up reports on status of meetings •Typing meeting agenda's and preparing materials for meetings •Data entry of all invoices for business office in a timely fashion •Filing all invoices in numeric and alpha setting •Inputted in connection with invoices for payments on Excel spreadsheets •Answered multi-line telephone system, directing calls to various departments within the facility
