Daily Duties at Visto:
Led the sales engineering efforts of an emerging technology enabling synchronization, access and management of email for Windows Mobile, PalmOS and Symbian devices, across all major wireless providers globally. Provided compelling leadership to a virtual team of engineers and technical support personal across the Americas and Europe. Effectively managed major engagements and senior leadership client relationships with blue chip accounts such as Xerox, Handspring, Fidelity Investments and General Electric. LexiQuest, New York, NY / Paris, France 1999 – 2001 Manager, Sales Engineering & Technical Support Drove revenue growth and enhanced the market position for the firm providing advanced natural language processing based search and information retrieval services for document management systems, semi-structured databases, Exchange and Domino email, and the Internet. Conceptualized and developed technology for quality assurance functions, pre- and post-sales engineering, custom proofs of concept and customer systems integration projects. Ensured profitability and client satisfaction by delivering results to top tier accounts such as Bristol Myers, Chase Manhattan Bank, PBS and Accenture. Advanced contract fulfillment and created substantive customer satisfaction through the creation of a rapid deployment environment enabling accelerated implementation and unparalleled customization capabilities.
