Daily Duties at Deluxe Carpet Cleaning:

Managed all commercial accounts nationwide for division. Built a structure of pay and operations. Worked daily on acquiring new accounts and working previous accounts. Made daily cold calls and walk ins to potential customers. Put in three to five proposals with new accounts daily. Maintained daily field logs of sales representatives as well as my own. Managed technicians hours and scheduling of jobs to be run. Trained new technicians and new sales representatives as well. Raising overall revenue by 15-25% by the time I left. Field Manager Maintained and repaired inventory for technicians and mixed chemicals as needed. Routed out all technicians routes daily while dealing with customer service issues due to service complaints. Completed daily and weekly field logs, and expense and damage reports as needed. As well as running two to four carpet and/or duct jobs daily. Sold at 39% when in home on carpet, duct, tile and upholstery cleaning. Branch was acquiring debt when I arrived and was 20% positive on margin after 2 months.
