Administrative Office Supervisor - Provide supervision for five clerical employees. My responsibilities included training new employees, planning assignments and direct work, did yearly PPES (performace evaluation), and address concerns and resolve problems. Interviewed recipients for job vacancy for employment. Assist in each clerical function when necessary. Assist clients by answering basic questions they have concerning their appications or cases. Assist other supervisors in their departments when needed.
