Daily Duties at Travelers Insurance Comp:
Responsible for dedicated and non-dedicated Commercial Auto accounts for US, Puerto Rico, Canada and Hawaii with a settlement authority of $100k. Handle minor bodily injury claims with settlement authority of $20k. Transfer complex claims to field office for further handling. Investigate, reserve, evaluate and settle General Liability claims with settlement authority of $20k. Review, plan, reserve and execute the claim investigation, valuation and disposition and settlement of claims consistent with corporate policies and procedures, as well as statutory, regulatory and ethics requirements.
