Stay in contact with client, realtor, loan officer, or underwriter for lending institution. Submit mortgage request and documentation for review and approval to lenders’ underwriter. Collect any additional information or documentation requested by lender. Schedule mortgage closings. Copy and close file after disbursement of mortgage funds.
