MRM (Members Relationship Manager) Retention - Saving Members and showing why the need to product and set them up on a different plan if needed. Collections - Dealing with members that have outstanding balances and collect the funds that is owed or work something out with them to get it cleared. Registration - Getting new customers sign up with the product. Update the account info. Change method of payment. Upsale customers to a better plan or product. (Support Professional VOIP Tech ) - I handle Billing, Sales, Tech, Customer Service for AOL Total Talk. Any customers that call with any problems about AOL Total Talk or have any questions about signing up for AOL Total Talk.
