• Project Manager supervising the installation of the following systems: – Payroll/Human Resources System, and Tire Standards System (all known as TIPS) – installed at each BFS Plant computer. ($5 million project from 1996 – 1999) – Purchasing / Accounts Payable / Inventory Systems – Walker System Software Package – installed on Firestone Home Office Mainframe Computer. (1985 – 1995) • Coordinated the activities of multiple project teams. • Defined Project plans – analyzing hardware/software requirements. • Prepared Budgets and Cost/Benefits analysis. • Delivered presentations to both upper management and client groups. • Conducted training sessions for both management and end-users. • Interfaced with client management, determining customer solutions. • Conducted Performance Reviews annually for team members.
