Daily Duties at Moen, Inc. :
Lead/manage multiple projects in an aggressive and innovative approach utilizing a working knowledge of various materials, manufacturing techniques and engineering practices. Represent manufacturing in order to estimate manufacturing requirements, cost of product to be developed, production schedules, and other considerations to facilitate production processes. Confer with vendors to determine product specifications and evaluate products according to specifications and quality standards. Recommend methods for improving products by reducing waste of materials and utilizing reorganization of work flow, relocating work stations and equipment, and purchasing of equipment. Provide project management and manufacturing input throughout all phases of product development process.
