Responsible for all aspects of organizational development and direction, including long-range planning, strategy, and policy. Increased sales from $4,500 to $9,000 per month Wrote and produced new-hire orientation and other support materials for hourly employees. This included a 50 page employee handbook. Developed and manage three sites: www.workplacevisions.com, www.nickroy.com/hrblog, and www.nickroy.com. Achieved 18 first pages listings among these three sites through keyword research, manual link building by commenting on other blogs, searching for relevant link partners, submitting to paid directories, and buying text link ads; URL rewriting using top keyword phrases; Content development by writing many of the articles. Managed Google PPC campaign to increase number of subscribers to feeds. Managed www.newyorkbartendingschool.com and created www.954bartend.com. This project also involved recreating the job placement MySQL database using phpMyAdmin and command line prompts. Achieved 7 first page listings for both sites primarily through keyword research and optimizing the meta tags, H1 tags, on-page optimization, set up MySpace profile pages, and writing reviews on social networking site Yelp.com. Optimized www.greeksdate.com by conducting keyword research, site map development, and link building. Managed Google PPC campaign for attracting visitors to the site. Created new map feature in Flash for the Nightlife section. Optimized www.autopartsdelivered.com by conducting keyword research and on-page optimization. No link building with this client. Continually monitor SEO rankings using RankQuest WatchRank and visitor traffic using Google Analytics. Supervise a team of full time designers and off-shore programmers
