– Analyzed business requirements to provide solutions proposed to customers with documentation such as use cases, workflow diagrams, transaction/response definition, project plan, system diagrams, support plans, test/acceptance criteria and others. – Participated in and led Major and midrange proposal efforts for AFIS, Livescan, Mobile and System Integration opportunities for Motorola Printrak BIS products. – Interfaced with Development, Systems Engineering, Integration Services, Marketing and support services. – Participated in evaluation of third party hardware and software offerings. – Provided input to upgraded marketing materials.
