- Analyzed business requirements to provide solutions proposed to customers with documentation such as use cases, workflow diagrams, transaction/response definition, project plan, system diagrams, support plans, test/acceptance criteria and others. - Participated in and led Major and midrange proposal efforts for Criminal and Civil AFIS, Livescan, Mobile and System Integration opportunities for Cogent products. - Interfaced with Partners, Development, Systems Engineering, Integration Services, Marketing and support services. - Created a strategic product roadmap for criminal justice marketplace. - Provided input to upgraded marketing materials.
