Daily Duties at Hsbc:
Direct operations for 800-seat call center and manage support of Avaya G3R and local SAN of a 3 node HP cluster for all local file and print services, as well as support all local desktop and laptop PCs and Blackberry devices. Provides auxiliary support for Aspect (Davox) dialer, Aspect (Witness) call monitoring system and Cisco 6509 switches. Ensure operational standards through management of delivery and placement of telephony and computer equipment. Hands-on team leader, directing staff in troubleshooting local support problems with PC hardware and software, as well as provide technical information at all levels of knowledge and understanding. Generate detailed requests for proposals and expenditures and upgrade directory and data for accelerated facility expansion. Rewrite and update sites disaster recovery plan. Expertly manage and guarantee efficient processing and completion of customer work orders.
