Daily Duties at Midwest Lender Center :

Responsible for performing all aspects and tasks related to closing residential and commercial closing from order entry through issuance of final title policies. telecommunicate, clear title defects, coordinate closing with all parties, prepare all documents necessary to complete closing, prepare HUD's / closing statements, conduct closing and disburse funds. Responsible for developing, maintaining and servicing business relationships as related to expanding the branch business base. Responsible for ensuring that a high level of customer responsiveness and care is delivered to all customers
