Daily Duties at Jel Site Development, Inc.:
Answer multi-line phone, track PO numbers, chase money owed, track hours worked by field guys and track daily reports.Type memos, change orders, FYI's, and RFI. Distribute mail Spread sheet for numerous items. Compile forms as needed. 10 office people and 30 field people that I handle and direct situations as they arise.
