Daily Duties at New Edge Networks An Earth Link Company:
1) Supervise performance and project priorities of diverse product set including the oversight of New Edge's first foray into Managed Security Solutions, Managed Network Services Program ($2 million+ revenue), MyEdge (customer and partner portal), Customer Retention Program, and Bill Messaging. 2) Manage full product development lifecycle inclusive of articulating the product roadmap strategies, market/product research, business case development, identify product requirements, financial projections, collaborate with pertinent departments to develop and test products, devise pricing, promotions and go-to-market plans, educate and support internal stakeholders pre & post launch. 3) Assess financial performance of revenue-generating products regularly to identify strategic and tactical opportunities to increase sales. 4) Develop toolkits to aid sales efforts including all product-related documentation i.e. user guides, product guides, marketing slicks and presentations, product demos, sales proposals and other communication vehicles. 5) Identify product and process improvements to enhance business offerings to SMB and Enterprise customers
