Daily Duties at Entex:
Account Manager – February 1997 to April 1999 Supported account project management with a total solution of microcomputer hardware and software acquisitions, desktop and network services and processes to Kaiser Headquarters. Provided consulting to end users to ensure requirements were fulfilled within Kaiser Projects and standards. Created and implemented processes to ensure increase in best practices within projects. Provided all IT procurement and lease requirements for Kaiser Headquarters. Focused on retaining a high level of customer satisfaction, successfully. and Account Support Representative - July 1994 to February 1997 Supported account project management of microcomputers, software and network services to Warner Bros. ($6 Million in 1996) as sole on-site representative. Projects’ deliverable roles consisted of produced processes, standards and quotes. Other responsibilities consisted of monitoring\expediting open orders, administering product forecast needs, management of on-site emergency stock, and sustaining customer satisfaction. Trained new Account Support Representatives on best practices. Awarded President’s Club 1996.
